About the Role
As a CAD Operator, you will play a key role in supporting our design and engineering teams by developing accurate technical drawings and detailed construction documents. You will transform architectural concepts, site plans, and structural designs into precise CAD layouts that meet project specifications and comply with industry standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Create, modify, and manage detailed AutoCAD drawings for residential and commercial construction projects.
- Collaborate closely with architects, engineers, and project managers to ensure alignment between design intent and field execution.
- Review plans and specifications for accuracy, completeness, and constructability.
- Assist with updating and maintaining CAD standards and drawing templates.
- Support project documentation and provide technical input during different construction phases.
Qualifications
- Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Drafting, Engineering Technology, Architecture, or a related field.
- 3 years of experience in CAD drafting within the construction or architectural industry.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, or similar design software.
- Strong understanding of construction processes, materials, and design standards.
- Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and teamwork abilities.
