Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor key funnel and loan performance metrics, reports, and dashboards to evaluate the performance of our products and understand the root causes of changes
- Establish funnel and loan performance metrics and develop automated reporting and alerting using SQL and Python
- Conduct analysis using advanced data analytics to evaluate trends in funnel and loan performance and provide optimization strategy recommendations to improve metrics
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement funnel or underwriting strategy changes, monitor releases, and perform impact analysis
- Analyze A/B testing data for funnel or underwriting optimization experiments, evaluate impact and provide recommendations
Ideal Candidate Will Have:
- Bachelor's in (or junior majoring in) math, statistics, computer science, engineering or related field
- Experience with relational databases and SQL
- Data analysis experience with python
- Experience with data analytics
- Strong quantitative and problem-solving skills with key attention to detail
Additional Pluses:
- Advanced degree in quantitative discipline (e.g., math, statistics, analytics, quantitative finance, engineering, or other quantitative fields)
- Experience with BI reporting tools
