Duties
- Prepare and serve food efficiently while maintaining high standards of quality and presentation
- Operate POS systems to process cash and card transactions accurately
- Maintain cleanliness of the food truck, including cleaning surfaces, utensils, and equipment
- Assist with food preparation tasks as needed, leveraging culinary experience to ensure timely service
- Manage cash register operations, including handling cash, giving change, and balancing cash drawers at shift end
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times
- Provide friendly and professional customer service to enhance the overall dining experience
- Support team members during busy periods to ensure smooth operations
Skills
- Prior restaurant experience with knowledge of food service operations
- Culinary skills or experience in food preparation
