Business Account Representative Responsibilities:
- Engage directly with customers in a retail setting to answer sales questions, spark interest, and provide detailed product and service information.
- Demonstrate the value of AT&T's products and services by identifying customer needs and offering tailored sales solutions.
- Support the onboarding and development of new team members, helping them align with company sales goals and expectations.
- Facilitate and manage sales transactions while ensuring accurate account handling and compliance with client policies.
- Recommend upgrades or premium options to enhance the customer experience and drive sales performance.
- Uphold brand integrity by adhering to all compliance standards set by both AT&T and our company.
- Actively participate in individualized, ongoing training and professional development.
What We're Looking for in an Business Account Representative:
- Previous experience in retail, sales, leadership, or client-facing roles is preferred, but not required.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills, with the confidence to represent the AT&T brand effectively.
- Driven to succeed and motivated by performance based incentives.
