"UX Researcher"

Location: Memphis TN or Remote

Schedule: Monday- Friday (9:00-5:00pm CST) at 40 hours a week

This contract UX Research Specialist is required to address a nearterm capacity and capability gap in donor journey research across our highestimpact digital touchpoints (web, mobile app, events). The role provides focused, independent research execution to synthesize analytics, existing data, and donor behavior into clear, actionable insights reducing decision risk and preventing downstream rework across product and experience teams.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

• Review and synthesize existing product analytics, experience metrics, donor insights, and prior research across relevant touchpoints
• Partner cross-functionally with product, UX, experimentation, analytics, and business stakeholders
• Explore how AI-enabled methods, including synthetic personas, may support early stage insight generation and opportunity identification
• Translate findings into clear, friction summaries and prioritized opportunity areas across end-to-end digital donor journey

Preferred Qualifications

• 5 years of experience in UX research, service design, journey mapping, or human-centered design research
• Strong experience working across both quantitative and qualitative data
• Experience using product analytics and experience metrics to identify friction and opportunity areas
• Experience working across multi-touch digital journeys, ideally spanning web, app, and/or transactional flows
• Strong synthesis, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work quickly and independently in a short-term engagement
• Experience with AI-supported research workflows or synthetic personas is a plus

Expected Deliverables

• Synthesized view of existing analytics, experience metrics, and research inputs across priority donor touchpoints, inclusive of knowledge gaps, areas needing additional research and a high-level view of our biggest product opportunity areas
