Required Certifications

• Must Have: Salesforce Platform Developer II

• Nice to Have:

  • Omnistudio Developer

  • Advanced Admin (ADM301)

  • Salesforce Architect certifications (any)

Overall Experience

• 6 years of total IT experience

• 3 4 years of hands-on Salesforce development using Apex, Lightning, and Salesforce-based data modeling

• Strong experience with OmniStudio, Discovery Framework, LWC, and integrations

• Strong working knowledge of Experience Cloud

• Experience working with US clients and managing onsite offshore coordination

• Experience in healthcare, especially payer/insurance domains, is a strong plus

• Background in Java or .NET is a plus

Key Responsibilities

• Lead design and solutioning for Salesforce implementations

• Perform hands-on development using Apex, Visualforce, LWC, OmniStudio, and Salesforce configuration

• Collaborate with Enterprise Architecture teams on Salesforce data modeling

• Guide junior developers and ensure best practices are followed

• Evaluate configuration vs. customization and propose optimal solutions

• Work on integrations, deployments, troubleshooting, and performance optimization

Cloud Experience

• Must Have: Experience Cloud

• Good to Have: Health Cloud

Force.com Development Expertise

• 2 3 full projects implementing OmniStudio

• Strong experience with:

  • DataRaptors: Extract, Transform, Load

  • Integration Procedures

  • FlexCards (dynamic UI, data sources, actions, styling)

  • OmniScripts (multi-step guided flows, conditional views, data operations)

• Experience with Vlocity (highly preferred)

• Advanced skills in:

  • Apex, Triggers, SOQL

  • LWC / Aura Components

  • JavaScript

• Strong understanding of Apex limitations and coding best practices

Integration & API Experience

• Hands-on experience integrating Salesforce with external systems using:

  • REST / SOAP web services

  • WSDL, SSL, security models

  • Bulk API, Metadata API

• Experience using ETL tools:

  • Data Loader

  • Informatica, Boomi, Cast Iron, or MuleSoft

Database & Additional Skills

• Strong knowledge of SQL or PL/SQL, stored procedures, relational schemas

• Familiarity with HTML/HTML5, CSS, AJAX, XML, JQuery, or similar frameworks

• Experience with J2EE or .NET is a plus

Deployment & Testing

• Experience with:

  • Change Sets

  • ANT migration

  • Solving deployment issues

• Ability to write comprehensive test classes covering positive & negative scenarios
