Position Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive IT Procurement Analyst with 2 7 years of experience to join our procurement team. This role will primarily focus on managing contract renewals across software, hardware, and SaaS agreements, ensuring cost optimization, compliance, and timely execution. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, vendor management experience, and a keen eye for detail in contract terms.
Key Responsibilities
Renewals Management
Track, manage, and execute IT contract renewals (software, hardware, SaaS).
Proactively engage with vendors and internal stakeholders to negotiate renewal terms.
Ensure renewals are completed on time to avoid service disruptions.
Contract & Vendor Management
Review and analyze contract terms, SLAs, and pricing structures.
Maintain accurate records of procurement activities and renewal schedules.
Collaborate with legal and compliance teams to ensure adherence to policies.
Cost Optimization
Identify opportunities for cost savings during renewals.
Benchmark vendor pricing and evaluate alternative solutions.
Support budget planning and forecasting for IT procurement.
Qualifications
Bachelor s degree in Business, IT, Supply Chain, or related field.
2 7 years of experience in IT procurement, sourcing, or vendor management.
Strong experience in contract renewals (IT software, hardware, SaaS).
Familiarity with procurement tools (e.g., Coupa, SAP Ariba, or similar).
Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Strong analytical and reporting abilities.
Salary : $30 - $35
