Project Controls Specialist

Support the Project Controls Director by developing and maintaining project schedules for battery energy storage projects. Integrate scope, resources and timelines for community-scale battery storage projects.Integrate scope, resources, and timelines into a master project schedule to drive execution. Monitor progress and align cross-functional teams including engineering, procurement , permitting and construction throughout project lifecycle. Prepare and provide schedule-related updates to construction project managers, project engineers and external partners through regular reports, spreadsheets, and schedule review meetings. Highlight and assist with key milestones and potential risks such as delays in equipment delivery, permitting bottlenecks, or construction sequencing conflicts. Requirements: Bach. degree

Construction engineering, Project Management, or closely related. 2 yrs. experience in any job title but experience should include project controls and scheduling across multiple phases of utility projects in the New York metropolitan area.
