Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to established recipes and standards.
• Ensure proper food handling and sanitation practices are followed in the kitchen.
• Assist in menu planning and cater to dietary needs as required.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen equipment and work areas.
• Collaborate with team members to deliver exceptional food service and dining experiences.
• Utilize knife skills and culinary techniques to enhance meal preparation efficiency.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in food preparation and cooking within a restaurant or culinary setting
• Strong food handling and service skills
• Background in dietary department or as a dietary aide is a plus
• Familiarity with menu planning and catering services
• Excellent knife skills and meal preparation techniques
• Experience in fine dining establishments is highly desirable
