URGENTLY HIRING for nurse interested in immediate full-time employment with the consistent schedule of Monday through Friday, 7AM-3PM with one client located in Lancaster, OH. Additional hours and visits available.

Join our dedicated healthcare team as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN), where your expertise will directly impact patient care and well-being. Your hands-on approach and clinical knowledge will help ensure patients receive safe, effective, and personalized care from their very own home.
Responsibilities
- Deliver direct patient care by administering medications, injections, and other treatments in accordance with physician orders and established protocols.
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, including vital signs, physical examinations, and physiological evaluations to inform care plans.
- Assist with medical procedures such as specimen collection.
- Maintain accurate and detailed medical documentation.
- Educate patients and their families on health coaching topics including medication administration, nutrition, and care planning.
Qualifications
- Valid license in good standing with state licensing board.
