Qualifications
- Proven experience working as a Home Health Aide or in assisted living or nursing home settings
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology, home health care assistance, and caregiving best practices
- Experience working with individuals with disabilities, developmental delays, or geriatric patients preferred
- Certification in First Aid and Basic Life Support (BLS), including CPR training required or willing to obtain upon hire
- Ability to lift heavy objects safely and perform physically demanding tasks as needed
- Familiarity with EMR/EHR systems for documentation and client communication
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to maintain patient confidentiality and communicate effectively with diverse populations
