- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, including vital signs, physical examinations, and detailed medical histories to inform individualized care plans.
- Perform specialized procedures such as suturing, catheterization, tube feeding, and ostomy care with precision and adherence to aseptic techniques.
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to coordinate case management, and follow-up care for diverse populations including pediatrics, geriatrics, behavioral health, and individuals with developmental disabilities.
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations by maintaining accurate medical documentation and safeguarding patient confidentiality at all times.
- Provide education on health coaching, medication administration, wound care, pain management strategies, and chronic disease management tailored to each patient’s needs.
- Valid nursing license (RN) in good standing with relevant state or national boards.
- Hands-on experience performing complex procedures including IV insertion, phlebotomy, lab specimen collection/processing, and sterile processing techniques.
- Knowledge of infectious disease protocols and infection control standards; experience in hospice & palliative medicine or infectious disease care is a plus.
- Ability to perform physical examinations and diagnostic evaluations confidently; familiarity with laboratory testing and imaging such as sonography or mammography is advantageous.
- Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends; travel nursing experience is beneficial for certain roles.
Pay: $41.00 - $70.00 per hour
