Role Description:
Sales Manager
- Lead & develop the team of sales associates.
- Maintain a consistently excellent experience in the store resulting in positive reviews and exceeding goals.
- 70% of this role is on the sales floor and it is heavily person to person & leadership focused.
- Maintain operational excellence - overseeing inventory, community development & training.
- Track performance and optimize the team toward individual and team success.
Leadership
- Plan and execute a weekly plan for Operations.
- Work with HQ team to offer feedback
- Create development plans for associates
- Ensure the team is operating at it's best though effective coaching.
KPIs
- Push the sales team toward KPI goals.
- Maintain a track record of employee retention.
- Develop engaging and motivating system of challenges and rewards for your team.
- Recruit top sales talent.
Qualifications
- 8 Years Experience in Management
- 5 Years Experience in Operations & Sales
- Experience managing a $1M location
