Your Day-to-Day
- Diagnose and repair residential and light commercial heating (boiler and rooftop welcome), cooling, and air quality systems
- Advise customers honestly on comfort and efficiency options - no hard selling
- Mentor apprentice technicians
- Give input to your Service Manager on inventory, pricing, and training gaps

What You Bring
- Required: 3 years continuous HVAC service experience, including boiler diagnostics/repair
- EPA Universal Certification
- NATE Core Certification (or willingness to obtain within 1 year)
- Strong electrical/refrigeration troubleshooting
- Experience mentoring other techs
- Clear communication with customers and coworkers
- Comfortable on a 28' extension ladder and 12' step ladder
- Valid, insurable driver's license
- Rooftop experience and HVAC trade school certificate a plus
- Team-first, adaptable attitude
