We are Hiring an HVAC Service Technician to join our team!

Job Title: HVAC Service Technician
Work Hours: Monday through Friday, 7:00am to 4:00pm with occasional overtime
Pay Rate: up to $90,000 depending on experience
What you will be doing:
- Provide maintenance and repairs on a wide variety of residential and light commercial heating and air conditioning systems according to company standards
- Excellent customer service
- Assist with training service apprentices
- Provide feedback to the Service Manager regarding technical training needs, inventory, and retail pricing.
Required Qualifications:
- Valid driver's license & insurable driving record
- 3 years of continuous HVAC Service Experience
- EPA Universal Certification
- Experienced in making repair and replacement decisions
- Experience in training and mentoring service technicians
- Advanced electrical and refrigeration principles
- Advanced troubleshooting skills and installation of residential and light commercial systems
- Ability to read and interpret wiring diagrams and blueprints and make accurate materials lists
- Nate Core Certification & acquire Specialty Certifications within 1 Year of hire
- Exceptional safety knowledge of tools, testing devices, and surroundings
- Knowledgeable in all HVAC low voltage systems
- Understand and communicate the benefits of preventative maintenance
- Demonstrate advanced customer service skills and have the ability to communicate clearly ideas and explanations of problems to residential and commercial customers and coworkers
- Able to invest time in company-paid service training seminars and classes
- Work from a 28' extension ladder and a 12' step ladder
- Certificate of completion from an HVAC Technical School desired
- High school diploma or its equivalent
- Valid driver's license & insurable driving record
- Pass background & drug screen
