At New Generation Cars, we see a lot of customers and a lot of vehicles every day. If you like staying busy and take pride in keeping things organized, you’ll do well here. If you don’t, you’ll hate it.

We’re open to training the right person. You don’t need to know everything, but you should have some kind of background in cars or working with customers. The rest we can teach.
What we can’t teach is work ethic, communication, or the ability to stay on top of things when it gets busy.

Compensation: $50,000 – $85,000 based on performance. Top performers hit the higher end of that.
What we’re looking for:
- Some experience with customers, sales, or cars
- Someone who learns quickly and takes feedback well
- Strong communication - no scripts, just talk to people like a normal person
- Ability to stay organized when things get busy
- Comfortable using computers and systems
What you’ll be doing:
- Talking with customers and helping them through the service process
- Keeping communication tight between customers and technicians
- Staying organized so nothing gets missed
- Following up - customers shouldn’t have to track you down
- Learning how to make solid recommendations without being pushy
Salary : $50,000 - $85,000
