Job Description:
We are seeking a User Acceptance Tester (UAT) to evaluate and ensure the functionality, performance, and compliance of Verint cloud solutions within our enterprise environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in user acceptance testing, test planning, and execution, with experience working on Verint platforms, IVR systems, and ACD (Automatic Call Distribution) integrations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT) plans, test cases, and scripts to validate system functionality and business requirements.
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of Verint cloud solutions to ensure optimal system utilization, compliance, and performance.
- Collaborate with business analysts, developers, and stakeholders to understand user requirements and ensure accurate testing coverage.
- Validate IVR call routing, automatic call distribution (ACD), and data handling functionality within the Verint platform.
- Identify, document, and track defects using test management tools, ensuring timely resolution.
- Support the implementation of Verint best practices, including naming conventions, call tagging strategies, and system workflows.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and data retention policies related to call recording and IVR data handling.
- Provide feedback on user experience and recommend improvements to enhance system usability and efficiency.
- Work with IT, Compliance, and Operations teams to refine system setup and streamline processes.
- Stay updated on Verint platform enhancements and assess their impact on business operations.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 3 years of experience in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) or Quality Assurance (QA).
- Strong hands-on experience with Verint cloud solutions, including workforce engagement, call recording, analytics, and compliance features.
- Experience testing IVR systems, including call routing, self-service options, speech recognition, and reporting.
- Knowledge of Automatic Call Distribution (ACD) systems and their integration with Verint platforms.
- Understanding of compliance and regulatory requirements related to call recording and IVR data handling.
- Strong test planning, execution, and defect tracking skills using industry-standard tools.
- Ability to analyze test results and provide actionable insights to improve system performance.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience working in an Agile development environment preferred.
