Job Description
We are seeking a high-caliber, strategic, and operational Senior Director of IT Strategy & Operations to join the EITS Office of the CIO & PMO. In this pivotal leadership role, you will act as a strategic partner, gatekeeper, and operational leader.
You will work cross-functionally to support key strategic, complex IT initiatives and programs, drive executive change communication, facilitate robust stakeholder alignment, and provide comprehensive operational oversight. A critical focus of this role will be overseeing the seamless integration of enterprise technologies—specifically the ServiceNow platform—ensuring day-one operational stability and the long-term realization of strategic synergies.
Operating under the direction of the Assistant Vice President with wide latitude for independent initiative and judgment, you will be responsible for organizing, directing, and coordinating the activities of Divisional Directors to ensure the successful promotion of corporate and divisional policies. You will also serve as the Deputy to the Assistant Vice President, assuming full responsibility and authority in their absence.
Key Responsibilities
- Operational Leadership: Direct, coordinate, and evaluate the operations of divisional departments and departmental directors.
- Strategic Integration: Oversee the seamless implementation and integration of complex enterprise technologies, with a heavy emphasis on driving value from the ServiceNow platform.
- Stakeholder Alignment: Act as a critical bridge to close operational gaps and support EITS service line leads, ensuring clear executive-level change communication and alignment across teams.
- Program Oversight: Provide operational oversight and governance for high-visibility IT projects, programs, and strategic initiatives.
- Policy Promotion: Drive the adoption and consistency of divisional and corporate policies across all managed IT functions.
- Deputized Authority: Step in as the Deputy to the Assistant Vice President, taking on full leadership accountability when required.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Proven IT Leadership: Extensive experience operating at a Director or Senior Director level within a complex corporate IT environment, specifically within a PMO or Office of the CIO structure.
- Enterprise Technology Expertise: Demonstrated success overseeing large-scale enterprise technology implementations, with specific, hands-on leadership experience around ServiceNow platform strategy and integration.
- Strategic & Operational Mastery: Strong background in balancing long-term strategic planning with day-to-day operational execution and stability.
- Executive Presence & Communication: Exceptional cross-functional collaboration skills with a proven ability to manage executive-level stakeholder communications and drive change management.
- Team Management: Deep experience managing, mentoring, and evaluating high-performing teams, specifically departmental and divisional directors.
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
Salary : $80 - $95
