Key Responsibilities:
- Greet customers warmly and assist them in locating products and making purchasing decisions.
- Provide detailed product information, demonstrate features, and explain benefits to customers.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using point-of-sale (POS) systems, including handling cash, credit, and debit card payments.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor, including merchandising products according to company standards.
- Assist with inventory management, including receiving, stocking, and organizing merchandise, as well as conducting regular stock counts.
- Address customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and handle returns or exchanges professionally and courteously.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and maintain a positive work environment.
- Stay informed about current promotions, sales events, and product knowledge to better assist customers.
- Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures, including safety and security guidelines.
- Open and close the store as required, following established procedures for cash reconciliation and security checks.
