Duties
- Assist in managing Salesforce environments, including user setup, permissions, and security configurations to ensure data integrity and compliance.
- Support the integration of Salesforce with other enterprise systems using APIs.
- Contribute to system design improvements by analyzing current workflows and recommending scalable solutions aligned with service-oriented architecture principles.
- Maintain documentation for system configurations, updates, and procedures following SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) best practices.
- Support deployment of updates and new features through CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins, Git, and Azure DevOps.
Experience
- Basic understanding of system administration tasks with an emphasis on Customer Relationship Management software
- Knowledge of database management systems.
- Experience working within Agile methodologies and SDLC frameworks to deliver reliable system solutions efficiently.
- Demonstrated interest or experience in systems engineering disciplines involving operating systems (Windows/Linux), virtualization (VMware/ESXi), and information security protocols.
