This is a full-time hybrid role for a Senior Systems Analyst based in Richmond, VA, with flexibility for some remote work. The Senior Systems Analyst will analyze system requirements, design solutions, and supervise the implementation of IT systems. Responsibilities also include troubleshooting technical issues, collaborating with stakeholders to improve system efficiency, and ensuring system security and compliance.
- Proficiency in Systems Analysis, Requirements Gathering, and Process Improvement
- Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, System Integration, and Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
- Expertise in troubleshooting, debugging, and problem-solving
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate technical concepts effectively
- Experience in managing IT projects, risk management, and developing technical documentation
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field; advanced degree preferred
- Certifications such as PMP, ITIL, or related will be advantageous
