About the RoleWe’re looking for a hands-on, curious, AI-powered Growth Marketing Hacker to help us move fast, experiment often, and build smarter marketing systems.This is a marketing role with a strong growth mindset**.**You’ll support the Growth team by building systems for inbound lead processing, qualification, routing, and follow-up — while also contributing to broader marketing workflow automation, insights generation, and experimentation.If you love AI tools, tinkering, optimizing funnels, and building scrappy automations, this is the perfect role.Responsibilities: 1. Build AI-assisted marketing workflowsAutomate research, segmentation, enrichment, and validation stepsBuild and maintain workflows using n8n, Clay, LLMs or similar toolsSpeed up audience insights, lead processing, and campaign readinessEnsure data flows cleanly into HubSpotAutomate inbound lead follow-up, qualification logic, and meeting booking flowsBuild AI-driven inbound nurture sequences that respond like a human SDR2. Own inbound lead conversion automationYou won’t be manually calling or emailing — you will design the system that does it.Create automated inbound cadences that feel personal and humanUse AI to generate tailored responses, qualification questions, and follow-upsBuild scoring, routing, and booking workflows to maximize sales handoffEnsure no lead falls through the cracks — everContinuously test new approaches to improve speed-to-lead & conversion rates3. Support Growth/Marketing with AI-powered insightsUse AI to dissect ICPs, segments, and intent signalsRapidly test new marketing hypotheses and audiencesIdentify patterns, opportunities, and messaging anglesSummarize qualitative data from users, campaigns, or research4. Build internal tools for marketing efficiencyDevelop AI helpers for tagging, clustering, and cleaning marketing dataCreate no-code or light-code tools that accelerate marketing workflowsAutomate competitor and channel monitoringSet up dashboards and reports that give the team real-time insights5.
