Poised for substantial growth in 2023 and looking for a Stand-Up Reach Forklift Operator to deliver on tough challenges and lead change in this highly competitive industry. The 3PL business is a “sky is the limit” industry that continues to see massive growth as brick-and-mortar businesses continue to transition to a direct-to-consumer model.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate a stand-up reach forklift to load, unload, move, and stack products.
- Pull and prepare orders for shipment accurately and efficiently.
- Perform daily equipment inspections and report any issues or malfunctions.
- Maintain clean and organized work areas in accordance with safety and sanitation standards.
- Assist with inventory counts and cycle counts as needed.
- Follow all company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.
✅ Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Minimum 2–5 years of experience operating a stand-up forklift (reach truck).
- Valid forklift certification or ability to obtain one.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
- Basic math and reading skills.
