We’re looking for a friendly, upbeat, service-minded Seasonal Customer Service Representative to join our team during our busy season. What You’ll Do
- Be the friendly voice customers connect with by phone, email, and chat.
- Listen carefully, understand the issue, and provide helpful solutions.
- Handle customer concerns with patience, empathy, and a positive attitude.
- Help customers with product, order, shipping, and troubleshooting questions.
- Keep customer interactions and information accurate and organized.
- Follow up when needed to make sure the customer feels taken care of.
- Work closely with our warehouse and internal teams to solve problems and get things moving.
- Jump in wherever needed during our busy season and help create a great experience for our customers.
- Work in-office as part of a collaborative, team-oriented environment.

Schedule
- Seasonal position
- Day shift: 8:00AM–4:30 PM
- Some weekends may be required during peak season
- In-office position

Salary : $17 - $18
