We’re hiring a Warehouse ASSOCIATE to own the heartbeat of our operations: inventory, organization, cleanliness, and material flow between headquarters, vehicles, and job sites.
This role is critical. You’ll be the connective tissue between the various departments of the organization — ensuring everything is where it should be, when it should be, and logged correctly.
ROLE OVERVIEW
The Warehouse Associate is responsible for:
- Maintaining a clean, professional, and efficient HQ environment
- Receiving, staging, and returns
- Inventory accuracy and movement
- Warehouse, office, and vehicle upkeep
- Supporting field crews with emergency materials
You’ll work closely with the COO, Field Crew, Furniture & Fabrication, and Audio Integration teams to keep projects moving without friction.

Compensation Details
- $18-22/hour, starting pay depending on experience.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
Inventory & Materials
- Maintain accurate inventory workflow
- Receive, verify, and log all incoming materials (cross-reference packing slips, flag discrepancies)
- Stage materials in proper locations
- Process returns (vendor drop-offs, scheduled pickups, restocking) and repairs
- Maintain organized shelving, labeled storage, and clean staging zones
Warehouse & HQ Operations (Daily / Weekly)
- Check HQ for incoming packages and deliveries
- Empty trash and replace bags as needed
- Sweep, vacuum, and mop work areas as needed
- Clean bathrooms (office, warehouse, shop) on weekly schedule
- Clean office areas (conference table, desks, coffee bar)
- Change out HVAC air filters on scheduled intervals
- Maintain an organized, professional HQ environment
Job Site & Field Support
- Coordinate with COO to deliver emergency materials to job sites as needed
- During delivery runs, assist with:
- Emptying jobsite trash bins
- Checking/replacing HVAC filters
- Organizing and cleaning workstations and tool stations
- Support jobsite staging and deep cleans as scheduled
Vehicles & Equipment
- Clean vehicles (interior trash removal, sweeping/vacuuming, wiping surfaces)
- Organize vehicles so each is stocked with the correct tools and first-aid kits
- Perform basic vehicle maintenance checks (fluids, tires)
- Coordinate service scheduling with vendors (e.g., tire service)
- Wash vehicle exteriors on scheduled intervals
- Drop off and pick up tool repairs as needed

Construction knowledge, warehouse, fabrication, or trades experience is helpful.
