Pay: $26.55/hr (1st Shift) & (3rd Shift $2.75)

Job Summary

The Maintenance Technician is responsible for keeping production equipment operating safely and efficiently. This role performs emergency repairs, routine inspections, and preventive maintenance on industrial machinery. A strong electrical troubleshooting background is essential, along with the ability to diagnose and repair mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform emergency repairs and routine maintenance to reduce equipment downtime.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical issues on industrial machinery (AC/DC systems, sensors, motors, wiring).
• Inspect, clean, lubricate, and adjust machinery to ensure proper operation.
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic components.
• Dismantle, replace, repair, and reassemble equipment parts.
• Operate industrial tools and equipment including hoists, cranes, forklifts, scissor lifts, saws, and machine tools.
• Complete scheduled Preventive Maintenance (PM) tasks with accurate documentation.
• Communicate repair needs, part orders, and equipment status to the Maintenance Supervisor.
• Follow OSHA safety standards and all company policies consistently.
  
  

Minimum Qualifications

Must have:

• Strong electrical troubleshooting experience (AC/DC systems, machine wiring, sensors)
• Documented knowledge of:
• Hydraulic and Pneumatic Systems
• Welding Processes (MIG/TIG/Stick)
• Machine Tool Operation
• Industrial Equipment Troubleshooting Techniques
  
  

Preferred:

• 8 years of maintenance and electrical experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment.
  
  

Additional requirements:

• Ability to read electrical schematics, manuals, and safety procedures
• Strong mechanical aptitude and hands-on problem-solving ability
• Reliability, teamwork, and a safety-first mindset
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, industrial environment
