The High School Pre-Apprentice participates in a structured work-based learning program designed to provide hands-on exposure to careers in industrial coatings, industrial roofing, mechanical restoration, scaffold building, plant services, maintenance, and other skilled trades. Through mentorship, training, and practical work experience, participants develop foundational technical skills, workplace professionalism, safety awareness, and an understanding of career opportunities within the industrial services industry.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Follow all company safety policies, procedures, and expectations.
- Assist with entry-level tasks and projects under the guidance of experienced team members.
- Participate in hands-on learning opportunities within assigned departments.
- Observe and support daily operations while gaining exposure to various career paths and skilled trades.
- Attend safety meetings, training sessions, and professional development activities.
- Demonstrate professionalism through dependable attendance, punctuality, communication, and teamwork.
- Complete assigned tasks and projects within established timelines.
- Seek feedback, ask questions, and actively engage in the learning experience.
- Maintain a positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills and responsibilities.
- Build working relationships with mentors, supervisors, and team members across the organization.

- Currently enrolled in a high school Work Based Learning, career readiness, or similar educational program.
