The Marketing Intern will be energetic and self-motivated and will assist the Marketing Department with promoting company culture and business development.
Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Assist with social media content creation.
- Assist with photo/video of culture events and field work.
- Assist with internal marketing/communication.
- Assist with the creation, ideation and planning for Niles swag.
- Work with Marketing Assistant to monitor all social media platforms for trending news, ideas, and feedback as well as design and present new social media campaign ideas.
- Assist with CRM administration, reporting, downloads, data entry, etc.
- Assist in editing sales materials. (flyers, 1 pagers, brochures, presentations)
- Help with the planning and hosting of marketing events & trainings.
- Duties will vary based on workload of Marketing Director and Assistant
- Current enrollment in an undergraduate program for Marketing, Communications, or similar field.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office and social media platforms.
- Familiarity with Adobe Creative Cloud is a plus.
- Good understanding of the latest marketing trends and techniques.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Must have a passion for marketing.
- Outstanding multitasking abilities.
- Must be comfortable traveling to our office; position is not remote.
