Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Assist in assembling various types of scaffolding, ensuring secure platforms and proper safety measures.
- Comfortable working at heights of four feet and above.
- Properly wear and maneuver a safety harness with a lumbar belt for protection.
- Utilize all required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) to maintain a safe work environment.
- Support the dismantling and removal of scaffolding upon project completion.
- Help identify potential hazards, defects, and necessary repairs to ensure compliance with safety regulations, legal codes, and industry best practices.
- Willing to work in diverse weather conditions, adapting to environmental challenges.
- Develop an understanding of industry codes, legislation, and health and safety procedures.
- Maintain a clean and organized job site to promote efficiency and safety.
- Work collaboratively with the team to ensure smooth operations and project success.
- Follow all company policies and procedures with professionalism and diligence.
- Safely lift, carry, and transport materials weighing up to 50 pounds.

- Diploma or GED
- Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English
