Required: Must hold a Michigan Teaching Certificate or
meet highly qualified requirements of an Instructional Assistant
Salary: $15.00 per hour with Michigan Teaching Certification
$11.87 per hour w/o Bachelors Degree/$12.89 per hour w/Bachelors Degree
The primary aim of the WAY Program is to re-engage teenagers in learning, foster the desire and ability to return to lifelong learning and ultimately to become contributors of society.
