Niles Care Center is looking for a Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Unit Manager to join our Management Team!
Job Description:
As the Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Unit Manager, you will be responsible for the overall management of the unit and will be directly responsible for the performance of the nurses and the overall quality of care provided. You will be responsible for all aspects of patient care, including medication management, charting, care coordination and communication with insurance companies. We will provide you with all the tools you need to be successful & the freedom to implement those tools in a way that works for you and your nursing team!
- Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license required
- At least 1 year of supervisory experience in a similar role highly preferred
