Job Title: Influencing Marketing Specialist

Location: Bentonville, AR (on-site)

Overview

Nile Commerce is looking for an Influencer Marketing Specialist to manage all influencer initiatives across multiple categories including tools, garden, camping and lifestyle, auto, and bike. This role will oversee end to end influencer management, from sourcing creators to delivering final reporting. The ideal candidate is organized, detail oriented, comfortable negotiating contracts, and able to manage multiple campaigns at once. The role will also support event marketing needs as required.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Influencer Sourcing and Outreach
• Identify, evaluate, and recruit influencers and content creators across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube and emerging platforms
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of creators that align with category objectives
• Conduct outreach and pitch campaign ideas and opportunities

Campaign Management

• Manage full campaign lifecycle including negotiations, contracting, deliverables, scheduling, and communication
• Write and deliver influencer marketing brief
• Share creator ideas with brand teams for approval
• Coordinate product sample requests and ensure timely shipping of all items
• Track incoming content, usage rights, and required approvals
• Ensure content meets brand guidelines, category objectives, and retailer requirements

Reporting and Optimization

• Compile post campaign results including reach, engagement, views, conversions, and KPI performance
• Analyze data to provide insights and recommendations for future campaigns
• Maintain accurate and organized documentation for all active and completed campaigns

Budget Management

• Manage an assigned influencer budget for multiple categories
• Track spend, forecast costs, and provide regular budget updates
• Ensure all payments, invoices, and creator fees are processed accurately and on time

Event Marketing Support

• Assist with event related influencer activities including sourcing creators, scheduling appearances, and coordinating logistics
• Support other teams for onsite needs at select events including setup, teardown, product staging, creator coordination, and capturing behind the scenes content for social.

• Assist with event logistics such as managing product samples, coordinating with vendors, and ensuring influencer deliverables are completed during or after the event.

Cross Functional Collaboration

• Partner with marketing, creative, e commerce, and category teams to align on campaign objectives
• Work closely with the content and design teams to ensure messaging and visuals are consistent

QUALIFICATIONS

• 2 years of experience in influencer marketing, social media, digital marketing or related fields
• Strong understanding of influencer platforms and creator trends
• Experience negotiating contracts and managing budgets
• Excellent communication and organizational skills, with positive team-focused mindset
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in analytics tools, reporting dashboards, and project management systems
