Associate Data & Systems Analyst

We run on a heavily integrated, NetSuite-centered systems stack, and we're looking for an Associate Data & Systems Analyst to help keep it sharp: refreshing reports, catching data issues before they spread, and keeping integration field mappings accurate. This role reports to the Systems & Data Manager and is AI-enabled from day one. We expect you to lean on AI tools like Claude to automate routine work and accomplish far more than this role traditionally would.

Responsibilities
- Refresh and distribute recurring reports and dashboards, using AI to automate wherever possible
- Run data-quality and anomaly checks (including AI-assisted) to keep our records clean and consistent
- Support ad hoc data pulls and analysis, using AI to work faster
- Learn our integration stack (NetSuite, Deposco, Shopify, and TrueCommerce EDI) and take on monitoring and field mapping, most of the day-to-day within your first 90 days
- Maintain EDI field mappings between TrueCommerce and NetSuite, and document processes so they're repeatable
Required Qualifications
- Hands-on fluency with AI tools (e.g., Claude or ChatGPT) and a drive to use them to automate work
- Strong Excel skills: comfortable with lookups, pivot tables, and large datasets
- Exceptional attention to detail and follow-through; you close loops without being reminded
- Comfort learning new ERP and data tools quickly (NetSuite, Deposco, Shopify)
- Clear, concise communication and a service mindset
- Bachelor's degree, or equivalent experience
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience using AI to automate reporting or data work
- Exposure to NetSuite, Deposco, Shopify, or EDI / integration platforms
- Familiarity with BI / reporting tools
