Key Responsibilities:
Assist chefs and cooks with basic food preparation, such as washing, cutting, and portioning ingredients.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, including equipment, workstations, and storage areas.
Wash, sanitize, and store dishes, utensils, and kitchen tools properly.
Receive, stock, and organize food deliveries; rotate inventory to ensure freshness.
Dispose of waste and recycling according to health and safety guidelines.
Support kitchen staff during busy service periods to ensure efficiency.
Follow all food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards.
Perform other tasks as assigned by chefs or kitchen supervisors.
Qualifications:
