What are the responsibilities and job description for the Lab inventory Specialist position at Niktor Solutions Private Limited?
The Supply Center Specialist is responsible for end-to-end inventory management, customer support, and on-site merchandising within the Supply Center.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service by building strong relationships with scientists, lab managers, and procurement teams.
- Manage daily inventory tasks including receiving, unpacking, restocking, rotating, and performing audits to maintain accuracy and product availability.
- Analyze purchasing trends through reporting to identify opportunities above market share.
- Assist with product shows, seminars, training, and the onboarding of new Supply Center Service Representatives.
Education
- Required: High school diploma
- Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in a science-related field (not mandatory)
Experience & Attributes
- Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service, retail, sales, research & development, or related fields.
- Background in Life Science inventory or Life Science inventory management is strongly preferred.
