IT Financial Auditor
Houston TX
Bonus: 20%
Travel every other month for 2 weeks (2nd and 3rd weeks). notified of travel 2 months advance notice. (Paris France)
Hybrid = Mon & Tues (Office) - Wed - Fri (WFH)
No IT Audit background, Required Finance Audit background (minimum of 1-2 years Senior Assurance or Finance Auditor)
A mix of IT & Finance Auditor ok
8 - 10 years of exp ok, do not submit over 10 years
Certifications not required but preferred
Responsibilities
- Plan and execute financial and operational audit engagements across Company businesses.
- Evaluate controls, identify risks, and recommend process improvements.
- Ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and company policies.
- Assess risk management practices and support efficiency improvements.
- Collaborate with management on audits, special projects, investigations, and post-acquisition reviews.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
- CPA, CIA, ACCA, or Master’s degree preferred.
- 4–8 years of external audit experience; Big 4 preferred.
- Willingness to travel up to 2 weeks at a time (approx. 6 trips/year).
