As an Electronics Technician, you will be responsible for repairing interesting and unique electronics. Some of the products you will work with are computer motherboards and video projectors. The ideal candidate is a creative, self-motivated team player who can work in a fast-paced, environment and who is determined to create efficiency and ensure that repaired products are the best quality.
Part Time / Full Time position up to 40hrs/wk

Responsibilities:
- Diagnose errors or technical problems and determine proper solutions
- Ability to troubleshoot, test, repair, and service technical equipment
- Experience with precision hand tools
- Works on multiple projects
- Establishes and maintains effective team relationships
- Follows all company policies, procedures, and business ethics codes
- Follows detailed disassembly procedures
- Demonstrates attention of detail
- Can provide references
- Thinks technically
- Is willing to learn
- Has an interest in fixing things (’cause that’s what we do!)
- Wants to work up to 40 hrs. per week between 8:30 a.m.-5 p.m. in Franklin, OH
Qualifications:
- Demonstrates fluency with the use of precision hand tools
- High school diploma or GED required; advanced education degree preferred
- Demonstrates excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Possesses communication & math skills (adding, subtracting, multiplying, and dividing whole numbers and fractions and converting fractions to decimals and vice versa)
- Able to work well under pressure to output consistent, high-quality work
- Able to lift 40 or more pounds
