Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Dishwasher/Food Prep team member to join our dynamic culinary environment. Duties
- Wash and sanitize dishes, utensils, cookware, and kitchen equipment to uphold health and safety standards
- Assist with food preparation tasks such as chopping, assembling ingredients, and basic cooking support
- Support bussing duties by clearing tables and maintaining cleanliness in dining areas
- Help with food plating and presentation as needed for banquets or catering events
- Maintain cleanliness of kitchen stations, prep areas, and storage spaces through regular cleaning routines
- Follow proper food handling procedures to ensure safety and quality of all food items
- Assist with setup and breakdown of catering or banquet events when required
- Support the culinary team with miscellaneous tasks to ensure efficient kitchen operations
Requirements
- Prior experience in food service, restaurant, catering, or hotel environments is highly desirable
- Knowledge of food handling safety and sanitation standards
- Experience with food preparation, cooking, or culinary activities preferred
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong teamwork skills and a positive attitude towards hospitality service
- Flexibility to work various shifts including evenings or weekends if needed
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds as required
- Previous experience with bussing, serving, or banquet setup is a plus but not mandatory
