Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary Spanish-speaking contact for prospective patients, families, and referral sources during the intake process.
- Coordinate, build, and maintain daily care schedules for skilled nursing staff and patients.
- Be able to multitask and manage scheduling and intake responsibilities efficiently.
- Have strong attention to detail and the ability to follow through.
- Gather accurate patient demographics, medical history, and insurance information.
- Prepare reports, schedules, and administrative documentation using Microsoft Office.
- Collaborate closely with clinical supervisors and office staff to ensure seamless continuity of care.
Qualifications
- Bilingual Proficiency: Fluent in both Spanish and English (written and verbal) required.
- Technical Skills: Hands-on experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and general spreadsheet management.
- Key Attributes: Dedicated, confident, organized, and reliable with excellent communication skills.
- No prior home care scheduling experience required—we are fully willing to train the right person!
