The Human Resources (HR) Intern will support the HR team with a variety of administrative tasks and projects related to employee lifecycle processes, recruitment, onboarding, and HR operations. This internship provides hands-on experience in HR practices and an opportunity to develop professional skills in a dynamic work environment.
Pay Rate: $20/hr

Responsibilities
- Support onboarding and offboarding processes (e.g., preparing new hire paperwork, organizing orientation materials)
- Maintain and update employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality
- Assist with payroll and benefits administration tasks, as needed
- Support HR projects such as employee engagement, training programs, and policy updates
- Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation as requested
- Perform general administrative duties (filing, data entry, scheduling)
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Strong interpersonal skills and a willingness to learn
- Previous internship or administrative experience
- Familiarity with HR systems (HRIS) or applicant tracking systems (ATS)
