Location: Hybrid: remote occasional in-office limited event attendance. Our primary office location is in Northwest Arkansas but we host events all over the state.
Schedule: Flexible part-time with a few set monthly commitments
Are you highly organized, creative, and self-motivated? Do you enjoy planning meaningful events and crafting effective marketing campaigns? We’re looking for a Marketing & Events Coordinator to support our training programs, classes, and special events—helping us maximize participation and impact.
About the Role
This hybrid position offers flexibility and independence while also requiring strong people skills and reliability. You’ll work remotely most of the time, with occasional in-person meetings and attendance at select events. A few brief evening calls (typically <30 minutes) may be needed.
What You’ll Do
Marketing Strategy
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote training programs and special events.
- Identify target audiences and create tailored promotional campaigns.
- Use social media, email marketing, and content creation to boost visibility and engagement.
Content Creation
- Generate engaging content (posts, articles, promotional materials) showcasing the value of our programs.
- Collaborate with leadership to create visually appealing and effective marketing assets.
Digital Presence
- Manage online content for training programs and events, ensuring information is current and accessible.
- Use SEO and best practices to expand reach and strengthen digital presence.
Brand Partnerships
- Identify partnership and sponsorship opportunities to enhance program reach and credibility.
- Collaborate with external partners for cross-promotion and broader engagement.
Analytics & Reporting
- Use analytics tools to monitor marketing campaign performance.
- Provide regular reports and make data-driven recommendations to improve outcomes.

- Proven experience in marketing, event coordination, or related fields.

- Social media savvy with a good eye for content and strategy.

- First Responder cultural competence is a plus—or willingness to learn.
- Proficiency with marketing tools and digital platforms.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality experiences.
