CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE
BILINGUAL – JAPANESE & ENGLISH
Location: Torrance, CA
Employment Type: Full-Time
Excellent learning and long-term growth opportunity for the right person. This is a newly created position for a fast-growing general contractor and home remodeling specialist. Candidates must meet all the following requirements:
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Speak Japanese.
- Speak English fluently.
- Professional Business level English communication skills both verbal and written.
- Excellent English communication skills both verbal and written.
- Possess excellent verbal & written communication skills.
- Have strong basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division).
- Be computer literate.
- Have excellent reading comprehension with the ability to understand written instructions, reference material, policies and procedures.
- Able to stand, bend, squat, reach, grasp and lift items up to 70 pounds.
- 2 years customer service experience
- Some knowledge of home construction is a plus, but not required.
The ideal candidate should be able to do a little of everything, is highly adaptable, and able to change gears quickly.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
