Global Brand Creative is the creative function of Nikes Global Brand Marketing team and is comprised of many studios, each with a specific area of focus. We will be hiring Lead, Brand Creative Studio Management for Lifestyle, Fitness, and Brand Defining Consumer Direct.
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
We are looking for Lead, Brand Creative Studio Management to drive and manage ways of working within this team. Each Lead will be responsible for operationalizing and tracking all Global Studio workstreams, end-to-end, and often across multiple teams! They are responsible for resourcing management within their studio and are the key operational partner to the Senior Creative Director. You need to be highly organized, results-driven and an expert at managing interdisciplinary creative workstreams and tracking many multi-faceted projects across teams.
WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON
You will be responsible for team resourcing integration between studio partners, managing schedules from brief through final delivery, project and studio budget management, managing review moments between creative and cross-functional leadership, and managing external partners. You may also be responsible for managing individual projects and workstreams.A typical day/week looks like: Managing the daily operations of the Studio staff meetings, creative reviews, project check-ins, project risk management & project resourcing.
WHO YOU WILL WORK WITH
If this is you, you will report to the Studio Director. You will work in close partnership with the Senior Creative Director, as well as the Creative Team, Project Management, Production, Brand Marketing & Consumer Marketing partners. This is not currently a people manager role, but may have direct reports in the future.
WHAT YOU BRING
- Bachelors Degree or higher in Business, Marketing or related field, or combination of relevant education, experience and training.
- A committed personal passion for storytelling, and working in a creative environment
- Expertise in delivering best-in-class creative in service of a brand or company
- 10 years in fields directly related to creative project management or production
- 2-3 years experience in studio, resource or traffic management
- A strong ability to solve problems and a solutions-oriented attitude
- The temperament of a leader: flexible, resilient, empathetic and strong
