You will partner closely with teams across the Digital Organization, Brand Management, and Geography teams, to deliver creative experiences that support digital business goals. This role reports to the Senior Manager of Global Digital Creative Operations. WHAT YOU BRINGBachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field or equivalent combination of education and experienceMinimum of 5-8 years relevant work experienceAbility to prioritize multiple projects and tasks simultaneously with various cross-functional stakeholders, and reliably meet deadlinesStrong understanding of project management tools like Asana, Slack, MS Office, Figma, BoxStrong Excel skills and experience with data manipulation and reportingExperience with resource management and capacity trackingAgency experience and/or 2-3 years partnering with an agency, ideally digital or paid media2-3 years of experience with paid media including paid social and online video/motionProven success in data-driven strategic thinking & process optimizationOutstanding team player and positive attitudeMust be a self-starter, thrives working in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment, organized, detail oriented, collaborative, and flexibleStrong sense of ownership and accountabilityA genuine passion for digital marketing and the online space with a strong knowledge of digital commerce, performance marketing (email, paid social and other media), A/B testing, and UX.A love for Converse - you wear Converse, follow Converse channels, and exemplify brand valuesA connection to streetwear culture and a natural passion for keeping up with the latest market trends
