Job Description:
Nika Corporate Housing, a global award-winning hospitality company, is seeking a hands-on and detail-oriented Field Operations & Setup Specialist to join our dynamic team. This position plays a critical role in ensuring our furnished apartments are beautifully prepared, fully functional, and ready to welcome guests across multiple markets.

Key Responsibilities:- Unit Setup & Breakdown: Transport, unload, and set up bins containing household goods (plates, dishes, linens, TVs, décor, etc.) to prepare furnished apartments for new guests.
- Furniture Handling: Safely move and arrange furniture as needed during apartment setup and turnover.
- Inspections & Quality Control: Perform detailed inspections to ensure each unit meets company standards for cleanliness, function, and presentation.
- Photography & Documentation: Upload and organize photos of completed units for internal records and client use.
- Connectivity Setup: Check and activate internet and basic utilities to ensure each unit is fully operational.
- Travel & Logistics: Drive company vehicles to various cities across Florida to set up and service apartments; seasonal travel to Texas, Idaho, or other U.S. locations may be required.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the operations and sales teams to coordinate timelines, deliveries, and special client requests.
- Clean driving record and valid driver’s license (required).
- Ability to lift and move furniture and bins (up to 50 lbs).
- Comfortable with frequent travel throughout Florida and occasional travel to other states.
- Excellent attention to detail and pride in presentation.
- Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated.
- Experience in corporate housing, hospitality, property management, or a similar industry is a plus.
- Must be able to Speak and communicate English fluently
