Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role based in our Murrieta, CA office for an Associate. The Associate will be responsible for preparing financial statements, conducting audits, providing tax preparation and advisory services, and supporting business advisory projects. Other responsibilities include collaborating with team members to meet client needs, conducting financial analysis, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards. This role requires a detail-oriented professional with excellent communication skills.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in accounting, auditing, and financial reporting
- Proficiency in tax planning, tax preparation, and compliance
- Experience with business advisory and financial analysis
- Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and organizational skills
- Proficiency in relevant accounting software and tools
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- CPA certification or progress toward CPA licensure preferred
- Prior experience in public accounting or a related field is highly desirable
