Position Summary:
We’re seeking an experienced and driven Business Development Manager to join our team in Los Angeles Area, California. In this role, you will play a critical part in strengthening our relationships with retail dealers across the States, driving account management excellence, and ensuring the success of future sales growth.

Responsibilities:
- Actively promote and sell e-bike products to customers through various sales channels, including in-person, online, and at events.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Educate customers about the features, benefits, and value of our e-bike products.
- Achieve or exceed sales targets.
- Attend trade shows, expos, and events to showcase e-bike products and generate leads.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor products, and market dynamics.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional strategies and campaigns.
- Provide feedback to the product development team based on customer insights and preferences.
Requirements:
- Proven sales experience as a sales representative or similar role, preferably in the cycling, outdoor recreation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and basic computer applications.
- Availability to travel for events or client meetings as needed.
- Passion for sustainable transportation and e-bike products is a plus.
- Bilingual in Mandarin Chinese is required.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in direct-to-consumer (D2C) sales.
- Knowledge of e-bike components, specifications, or related technical aspects.
