Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Office Cleaner to maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment within our office facilities. This part-time position is scheduled for Wednesdays and Fridays, providing an excellent opportunity for individuals who thrive in a hands-on cleaning role. Duties

• Perform thorough cleaning of office spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and trash removal on scheduled days
• Maintain cleanliness of restrooms, kitchen areas, conference rooms, and common spaces according to health and safety standards
• Ensure all floors are properly cared for through sweeping, mopping, buffing, and basic floor maintenance procedures
• Restock supplies such as paper towels, soap dispensers, and cleaning materials as needed
• Conduct routine inspections of the premises to identify areas requiring additional attention or maintenance
• Use appropriate cleaning equipment and supplies safely and efficiently to achieve high standards of cleanliness
• Assist with light custodial tasks related to facilities maintenance or minor repairs when necessary

Qualifications

• Proven experience in commercial cleaning or janitorial roles with a focus on office environments
• Knowledge of cleaning techniques including floor care, buffing, and general custodial practices
• Familiarity with cleaning equipment such as vacuums, buffers, mops, and safety tools
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high-quality standards
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills to ensure thorough cleanliness
• Prior experience in facilities maintenance or porter roles is advantageous
• Excellent time management skills to complete tasks efficiently within scheduled hours
