Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of office spaces, including desks, conference rooms, restrooms, kitchens, and common areas
- Sweep, mop, vacuum, and polish floors to ensure they are spotless and well-maintained
- Empty trash bins and dispose of waste responsibly throughout the facility
- Restock supplies such as paper towels, soap dispensers, and toilet paper in restrooms and kitchens
- Clean windows, glass doors, and partitions to maintain clarity and appearance
- Use appropriate cleaning chemicals and equipment safely to achieve optimal results
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards promptly to the facilities management team
Skills
- Proven experience in cleaning or janitorial roles with knowledge of custodial procedures
- Familiarity with floor care techniques including buffing, stripping, waxing, and polishing
- Ability to operate cleaning equipment such as vacuums, buffers, mops, and scrubbers effectively
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on hygiene standards and safety protocols
- Knowledge of commercial cleaning practices; residential painting or industrial cleaning experience is a plus
- Excellent time management skills to complete tasks efficiently within scheduled hours
