What You’ll Do:
- Deliver direct nursing care to patients in their homes
- Educate patients and families on health conditions, medications, and healthy habits
- Monitor symptoms, document progress, and follow established care plans
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes
What We’re Looking For:
- Licensed Registered Nurse (RN) in Georgia
- Experience in home health, long-term care, or geriatrics is a plus
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs using proper body mechanics
- Compassionate, reliable, and self-motivated—with a cool head in tough situations
Job Types: Part-time, PRN
Pay: $38.00 - $43.00 per hour
